We offer a 7-day return window from the date your item(s) are received.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached

Returns are not eligible if: 

The item shows signs of wear, damage, odors, deodorant marks, or stains

Any originally included accessories (e.g., belts, handkerchiefs) are missing

In-Person Purchases

All purchases made at our in-person pop-ups are final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items purchased at these events.

Please note we do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for any third-party carrier shipping costs. 

How to Start a Return:

  • Contact us within the 7-day return window with your order number
  • Once we receive and approve your return request, you may ship the item(s) back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • After we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return standards, we’ll refund the item subtotal. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
