We Have a 10 day return policy upon receiving your item(s). Which means you have 10 days once you received your item(s) to request a return.

To Become Eligible For A Return:

 item(s) MUST be unworn, unwashed, and all original tags attached. 

We will NOT accept returns in the following conditions; Wear tears, scented smells, deodorant marks, makeup stains, and missing attached accessory

( for ex: if item(s) includes belt, handkerchief or attached accessories).

Do not attempt to return without first requesting and without the return being accepted. If item(s) are sent to us without first requesting or sent to us even though the return was declined all items will be automatically retuned back to you.

Can I return my item(s) if they were purchased on sale?

We will NOT accept returns on sale and discounted item(s). All sale and discounted item(s) are final sale. No exceptions. 

 

Order issues & Damages?

Please contact us immediately upon receiving your item if defective, wrong size, or wrong item. So that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges?

 Exchange Item (s) must be treated as a return and a new order to be placed. To ensure you get the item(s) you want. You Must claim a return request, if accepted and when sent back. Feel free to make a separate purchase for the new item(s). To being a return click HERE

 

Order change and order cancellation?

Contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, IF order has shipped out, unwanted item(s) must be treated as a return and a new order is to be placed for wanted item(s).
