Stolen and Lost Packages?

In the unfortunate event of lost , damaged, or  stolen packages, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please Contact your local post office in which shipping carrier method was used for your package and file a claim.

 

Wrong delivery address?

All Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address during checkout. We are not responsible for any reshipment label fee to re ship non-deliverable item(s) due to incorrect delivery address.

 

Non acceptable Mailbox Box Standards?

All Customers are responsible for providing acceptable mail box standards. We are not responsible for any reshipment label fee to re ship non-deliverable item(s) due to non acceptable mailbox standards. Contact your local USPS office as they may have your parcel on hold.
